Shipping Policy:
Free Shipping: All orders over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the United States.
Flat Rate Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $7.50 for economy shipping.
Expedited & 2 Day Shipping: Expedited orders are shipped via Fed-Ex 2 Day Air. Please note: 2 day shipping does not include Saturday/Sunday delivery and does not account for fulfillment time. If you need your order by a specific date, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Turnaround Times: All orders are shipped within 24 business hours of the order being placed.
Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time for our economy shipping is 7-10 business days. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your location and other external factors.
Holiday Shipping: During holiday seasons, turnaround times may be extended by 24 hours due to increased order volumes and potential postal service delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during peak seasons.
Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event that a package is marked as delivered but is subsequently stolen, °bootcap™ is not liable for the loss. However, we reserve the right to evaluate each case individually and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact your local authorities and then reach out to info@bootcap.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.

Product Warranty & Returns Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have outlined our return policy below.
Warranty Info: Product warranty is valid one year from the date of purchase. If you need to warranty your °bootcaps™, please send an email to info@bootcap.com with a description and photos of the issue and if the item is found to be covered under warranty we will replace the item at no cost.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately by sending an email to info@bootcap.com with a clear picture of the damage attached. Upon verification of the damage, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Unwanted Products: If you wish to return a product for reasons not related to quality or manufacturing, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
To initiate a return for unwanted products, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@bootcap.com to inform us of your intent to return the item.
- Pack the product securely, including all original packaging and any accompanying documentation.
- Ship the product to the address provided in our response email.
Please note that the product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged for a return to be accepted.
