Refund policy
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately by sending an email to info@bootcap.com with a clear picture of the damage attached. Upon verification of the damage, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Unwanted Products: If you wish to return a product for reasons not related to quality or manufacturing, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
